žinių technologija statusas T sritis dirbtinis intelektas apibrėžtis Technologija, skirta tinkamai informacijai filtruoti ir pateikti reikiamu momentu, tokiu būdu didinant informacinės technologijos intelektiškumo lygį. Tai kalbinių ir programinių priemonių bei jų panaudojimo būdų rinkinys, kuriuo naudojantis galima geriau vaizduoti, tvarkyti informaciją ir žinias, jomis keistis. pavyzdys(-iai) Ontologijos, temų žemėlapiai (ISO/IEC 13250), grupinio darbo sistemos (angl. groupware) ir kt. atitikmenys: angl.
